🚨 BREAKING NEWS! GUNMEN STRIKE AGAIN, KIDNAPPING A FAMILY IN ERAH, EDO STATE 🚨 Our hearts sink as we bear witness to yet another heart-wrenching incident of abduction in Erah, Owan Federal Constituency of Edo State. Last night, a family visiting their hometown fell victim to the clutches of unknown gunmen who callously snatched them away from their loved ones. #WHY OWAN AND AKOKO-EDO MUST STAND TOGETHER FOR UMAKHIHE IN THE EDO GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION,,,,,,,,By Fred A.A   For decades, the vibrant cultures and fertile lands of Owan and Akoko-Edo have stood in stark contrast to the neglect they've endured. For over five decades, the cries for development have echoed through valleys and whispered over hills, only to be met by silence. But now, a beacon of hope emerges in the form of Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe, and it's our collective responsibility, as sons and daughters of Owan and Akoko-Edo, to unite and propel him towards the Edo State Governorship Our ancestral lands bear the scars of marginalization. Crumbling roads snake through our towns, mocking the idea of progress. Education, the key to unlocking potential, remains a distant dream for many, with the absence of state or federal higher institutions within our borders. The grip of poverty tightens with each passing day, its shadow reaching into every corner of our communities.
